There are lots of different residences to choose from in your first year. O’rorke is known to be a party hall, Whitaker is more homely because it’s small and is an older building, Towers and apartments has nicer (brand new) facilities. Each hall has something awesome that it brings to the table, and no matter which hall you get into you’re bound to have an awesome first year. However one of my favorite things about living right next to towers is that early in the morning we can wake up, and head on over to floor 14 to watch the sunrise over the city and Rangitoto island. It’s amazing! – xx Beth

Beth AwatereHey guys!
My name is Beth, and I’m going to be one your first year bloggers for 2019. I am originally from Auckland, but I grew up in the middle east, and just came back from completing year 13 in beautiful Italia. I’m so excited to be able to give you the inside scoop on what it’s like to be a first year LLB/BA student living in the halls of residence:) I can already tell it’s going to be such a fun year!
