Hope you enjoy this video that made me extremely hungry while I was editing. Unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to try very local Hong Kong style food due my abrupt return to New Zealand (blog to come 😉), its more of a mashup of Asian and Western style dishes that I nom’ed my way through.
